Greetings!
Please note the new location for this month! We are going to try alternating between the west and east sides of our district to help increase attendance at our meetings.
We will be meeting at Casa Vallarta Mexican Restaurant at 4002 S. Parker Rd. in Aurora. It is in the same strip center as Oak Express and 24 Hour Fitness which is located on the northeast corner of Parker and Quincy.
Our speaker this month will be Katie Groke Ellis, Program Director for The White House Project.
The meeting officially begins at 7 pm, but feel free to come early to eat, drink, and socialize. Casa Vallarta has a large meeting room where we will be meeting. They have a great menu and reasonable prices. They also have a kid's menu as well. Casa Vallarta is a family-owned restaurant and they are Democrat-friendly. House District 39 met there for years and really enjoyed the location, so let's give this a try!
I know everyone is busy in the summer, but campaigns are in full swing and we need to stay updated on events and news!
