YOU ARE INVITED TO A JOINT MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL AND PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION ON MONDAY, MARCH 8
On February 24, 2009, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended that the City Council adopt the proposed Land Development Code with minor amendments (see www.centennialcodeupdate.com for details). A joint meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council will be held on Monday, March 8, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Centennial Civic Center. At the meeting, the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council will discuss: · The Planning and Zoning Commission recommendation with amendments; · A proposal for limited use of the planned unit development process for very large projects and projects that implement sub-area plans; and · The schedule for consideration of items that were pulled from the LDC draft for separate study.
