#3 Primary Election 8-12-08
From Arapahoe County Democrats:  Many of you have received your mail in ballots already for the primary election on Tuesday, August 12.  Many of our races are NOT contested -  with the exception of State Board of Education in CD 1, Senate District 35, House District 6 and House District 9. Due to state election requirements the primary election still must be conducted. Many have asked why vote in those races without a contest? The simple answer is to show support for our candidates.  Early voting for the primary begins 2 Aug 2008 and concludes 8 Aug. Early voting locations can be found at www.arapahoevotes.com

#4  Next HD37 Meeting 8-26-08 - YOU can be a star at OUR meeting!
Our next HD37 Meeting will be Tuesday, August 26 (details below) in the middle the Democratic National Convention!  Avoid the crowds and join us at CB & Potts for a night of celebration.

#5  Voter Profile for Arapahoe County
Ever wonder if the primaries and caucuses had an effect on voters in Arapahoe County? We started the year with 95,287 voters and have grown to 105,090. This compares to 103,890 unaffiliated voters and 110,192 Republican voters. Clearly the excitement of our fantastic slate of national, state and local candidates is making a difference.
