The Arapahoe County Democarts are asking that HD37 be responsible for supplying salads for the summer picnic on August 10. We are expecting up to 100 people so we need volunteers to bring enough salads to serve 50 people (another HD is bringing salads, too). I'm thinking that's at least TEN salads.
We will need volunteers to help set up, clean up and so forth so we need at least two people from HD37 to be at Cushing Park at 12:00 p.m. (noon) to help - and maybe another two to stay for clean-up. Also, we need one additional gas grill so that the cooking goes smoothly - so does anyone have a gas grill that could be used.
