Is everyone staying warm? I am so ready for Spring!!!
We have a busy late Winter season coming up, so please join us for the upcoming House District meeting on Monday, February 24th at 7 pm at C. B. & Potts located at 6575 S. Greenwood Plaza Blvd. We will be having caucus training, so this is a very important meeting to attend! The meeting starts at 7 pm but feel free to come early to eat, drink, and socialize.
The following are upcoming dates to put in your calendars:
Arapahoe County Central Committee meeting - February 10, registration starts at 6 pm, meeting starts at 7 pm, Overland High School
Caucus – March 4, 7 pm, precincts west of Jordan Rd. will be at Willow Creek Elementary and precincts east of Jordan Rd. will be at Falcon Creek Middle School (we will be joined by the western precincts of HD 56)...
County Assembly – March 22, Grandview High School
To nominate candidates for House Districts, County Commissioner Districts, and countywide candidates for Clerk and Recorder, Assessor, Sheriff, Treasurer, Coroner
CD 6 Assembly – date and location to be determined but it will be in the week leading up to State Assembly
To nominate Congressional candidate and CU Regent candidate for CD 6
State Assembly – Saturday, April 12, unknown exact times but likely 9 am - 12 pm, Colorado Convention Center
To nominate candidates for statewide office – Governor, U.S. Senator, Secretary of State, Treasurer, Attorney General, etc.
JJ Dinner – Saturday, April 12, 7 pm - 10 pm, Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel
Primary election – Tuesday, June 24
General election – Tuesday, Nov. 4
