Greetings activists!
I wanted to remind you to attend our House District meeting this evening at 7 pm at C. B. & Potts. This is a very important meeting, so please try to attend.
We will be discussing voter guide stuffing and distribution, which is one of the most important duties for PCP's. It is a big job, but with many people helping it can be done! Some good news, we have about the same number of PCP's as precincts, so if each PCP "adopts" a precinct (a few don't have PCP's and some have two PCP's), then each person would only have to drop the voter guides in one precinct. Another good bit of news, a few of the precincts will have the voter guides mailed to them since they would be either difficult or impossible to walk. These precincts include gated communities or apartments/condos. I think I have a good list of these precincts, but please let me know ASAP if you know of an area that would not be "walkable".
