Greetings!
Jan Spponer will be having her canvassing kickoff this Saturday, June 16th at 3 pm.. We will be meeting at the new Centennial Center Park at 13050 E. Peakview Ave. near Arapahoe and Revere. The plan is to meet for about 30 minutes to get everyone organized and give out walk lists, then we will walk our areas for about one hour, then meet back at Centennial Center Park for a "weenie roast" at 5 pm. We will be only knocking on "friendly" Democrat doors, so this should be pretty easy. It would be great if you could bring a dish back to the park for all to share after you walk. Bring your favorite side dish, dessert, or beverages.
Spooner for Colorado t-shirts are also available for about $6. Please let me know ASAP if you want one to wear on Saturday. You can email me with the size t-shirt you want and we can have it for you when we meet at 3 pm on Saturday.
I hope you can come and help get Jan's campaign off to a great start!

Also, if you want to march in the Pridefest parade, you can meet us on Sunday, June 17th between 8:30 and 9 am at Cheeseman Park in the "yellow section" with the Democrats. The parade steps off at 9:30 am.
