Hello!
Just a reminder that the Arapahoe County Convention and Assembly is coming up on March 24th. Remember, if you signed up to be a delegate that you need to be there since there are NO alternates. Also, it is important that you are on time. Registration begins at 9 am and the call to order is at 10 am. It will be held at Hinkley High School at 1250 Chambers Rd. in Aurora.
Following caucus, I found that many precincts had no PCPs or just one. It's not too late to become a PCP! Please let me know if you are interested and I can appoint you to be a PCP. The more feet we have on the ground, the easier it is for all of us. The most important duties of a PCP include distributing county literature and being a member of the Central Committee. This gives you the privilege to vote at the next reorg meeting (in 2013) for our house district, senate district, county commissioner district, and county officers. So, please, get involved!
Our next house district meeting will be at C. B. & Potts on Tuesday, March 27th at 7 pm. Feel free to come early to eat, drink, and socialize. Our speaker will be Kimberly Roy, who is the Program Manager of Assets for Family Success at the Mile High United Way.
