This month, Democrats in Congress will complete the hard work of passing sweeping healthcare reform for America. Republicans, however, will continue their policy of obstruction. They even plan to campaign this year on a promise of overturning the bill and Mike Coffman recently wrote that any healthcare reform passed by a majority in Congress would be unconstitutional.
