Dear HD chairs and caucus site coordinators,
It’s about time we got into the 21st century so, to that end, I’ve created a caucus training video on YouTube. This has already been posted on the Arapahoe Dems Facebook page and I’m about to send it to our Twitter feed.

A few other things caucus related…
· The folders have been prepared. Thanks to all who helped with the long day on Saturday.
· I’m in the process of finalizing the boxes for each caucus location. I expect this to be done by the end of the week and I’ll let you know as soon as they are ready to pick up.
· One of the things that I’m finalizing is inserts for PCP training and step by step instructions for site coordinators.
· Ways that we are promoting caucus:
o The Udall campaign will be sending a robocall to all voters who attended caucus in 2010 and 2012 on Thursday.
o Our newsletter will go out by Friday and will have a large portion of it dedicated to caucus.
o The state party will also be sending emails out late in the week.
o I will be sending out a press release to the local papers with details about caucus.
o The state party will be aggressively contacting the major media outlets.
o I will be on the Gloria Neal show on AM760 on Monday morning talking about the importance of caucus.
If anyone has any other ideas, please let me know. No matter what we do, we will not have the numbers we had in 2008 but we will have a very successful caucus and assembly.
