REMINDER! The Arapahoe County Pat Schroeder Dinner is coming up fast! The dinner will be on October 19th at the Red Lion Hotel.
It is tradition that the House Districts enter a donation for the silent auction. We had decided on a Mexican Fiesta basket. I have donated margarita glasses, margarita salt, Southwest seasoning, Carne Asada marinade, and Cholula hot sauce. I have only received one monetary donation so far to help buy items for the basket.
Please consider donating items with a Mexican theme such as chips, salsa, cookbook, napkins, serving bowl, serving utensils, or anything you think would be a fun item to put in the basket. You can also make a monetary donation, no matter how small, and I can go purchase more items for the basket. Please, I am asking for your contribution! This is OUR House District basket.
John and I are also donating a Colorado wine basket as a family donation. I encourage you to consider donating other items to the auction if you are able.
