There is a vote coming up sometime on Thursday in the Colorado House Finance Committee, and our very own HD37 Representative Spencer Swalm (R-Centennial) is thought to be a key vote. Please read the below synopsis, and the attached detail if you wish. If you agree that HB1104 is a good idea, please CALL or EMAIL Rep. Swalm on WEDNESDAY (anytime) or THURSDAY (morning) and ask him to support HB1104. The vote will come up on Thursday this week after House adjournment, most likely in the early afternoon.
