The BlueFlower fund, a Small Donor Committee, may accept a maximum contribution of $50 per person, per year. Contributions are not tax deductible. In accordance with Article XXVIII of the State Constitution, BlueFlower only accepts contributions from US citizens, over the age of 18. BlueFlower discloses the name and address of each person who has contributed $20.00 or more to the Colorado Secretary of State as required under Colorado law.
