County Vacancy Committee
The Arapahoe County Democratic Party Vacancy Committee shall be held on Wednesday May 19 6:30 PM, at Overland High School, 12400 East Jewell, Aurora, Colorado 80012.
The Vacancy Committee will meet in the cafeteria, located on the southwest corner of the school. Please park in the south parking lot and enter through the south cafeteria doors.
The vacancy committee is comprised of all precinct committee people, County officers, House, Senate and Commissioner District officers and all elected Democratic officials that reside in the county. This committee shall meet to fill the vacancies for County Assessor and Sheriff for the Arapahoe County 2010 Election. The tentative agenda is as follows:
6:30 PM Registration
7:00 PM Call to order
Pledge of Allegiance
Nomination of County Assessor Candidate
Nomination of County Sheriff Candidate
Other business as required
Adjournment
(So as not to interrupt the flow of the meeting, and at the discretion of the Chair
Candidates and dignitaries will be introduced in the order in which they arrive)
