The Centennial City Council accepted the resignation of Council Member Ron Phelps and voted to appoint me, Vorry Moon, to fill the coming vacancy. Phelps' resignation is effective April 30, 2010.
I will be sworn in tentatively on Monday, May 3, 2010. The term will run until January 2012. Hope I can count on your assistance, communication and prayers to serve District 1 and the City well.
