Can you volunteer at the HD 37 Caucuses at Franklin Elementary (if you live West of Colorado Blvd.) and Dry Creek Elementary (if you live East of Colorado Blvd.)??
Arapahoe County Democratic House District 37 - all precincts - will caucus on March 16, 2010, at the two locations above.
We need your help and participation. PLEASE reply back with how you can help.
Here is what is needed (mostly for Franklin Elementary):
1. Four REGISTRARS (with alpha printout lists of all HD 37 Dems, Dems who don't know their precinct number will stop by.) Arrive about 5:30 or 6:00 pm.
2. Four HOSTS (USHERS) at the door later, showing people where to go. (There will be only one door open for entrance. If people know their prct. # they can go directly to their precinct table, which will have a table tent with the precinct number. Start about 6:15 pm.
3. Someone with a LAPTOP. It would need to have capacity of at least Office 2007. We will have a disk with file of all Arap. Registered Dems (119,000) and a file of all HD37 Dems and a reporting spreadsheet for reporting US Senate poll results to Arap.Dems hq.
4. Help to SET UP chairs and tables, arrive at 5:00 pm.
5. Help to CLEAN UP after.
6. All PRECINCT CAPTAINS present and on time (we will start at 7:00 PM MT) to conduct the vote.
