During the off-session, Senator Newell has been busy with numerous committee and interim assignments. These include the Hospice and Palliative Care Interim Committee; the Colorado Workforce Development Council, Colorado Community Corrections Commission, the Public Arts Selection Committee and as State Director of Women in Legislature Lobby. Named Freshman of the Year by Colorado Pols and recipient of the Rising Star award from the Arapahoe County Democrats, Linda continues to work hard for her district and for you!
