Former Littleton School Board Member Diana Holland has announced that she is running for House District 37 State Representative. We have a real chance to win this seat this year with the groundswell of Democratic energy. Diana's campaign is just getting started and she's going to need our help. She will have a web site and other information available SOON. Her KICK OFF party will be Thursday, March 6 at 6:30 p.m. at the Fox and Hound Restaurant near the King Soopers on the southwest corner of Holly and Arapahoe. Plan to attend and show your support for Diana's campaign this year. #3 Post-Caucus Update
Oer 2,100 eager voters attended the 2-5-08 HD37 Caucus at Newton Middle School. As we've reported on on web site (please check prior posts) it was definitely a night to remember! I've heard from many of you about your experiences that evening - mostly positive and understanding. Volunteers continue to enter caucus data, verify delegates and precinct committee people, and sort out the information from the caucus. As a result of the caucus, we now have close to 1,300 emails for HD37 Democrats.
We will be organizing a Precinct Committee Person (PCP) potluck get-together and training possibly in April. You'll receive a volunteer guide, training on our Voter Activiation Network (VAN) and meet some great people in a little quieter place. In the meantime, please check our web site and your emails for updates.
Thank you for your understanding and interest in HD37.
